Shipping Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

There is a shipping and a processing time for each order.

The processing time is the amount of time required to fulfill your order, meaning the time to pull it and get it packed.

Our average processing time is 48 hours. We start to process your order 1 hour after its placement. As a business, we have peak ordering times, during those high-volume times (including sales, promotions, holidays), our processing time can range from 10-14 business days (excluding weekends, holidays). Any restock might take between 3-6 weeks.

Once processed, your order is ready for shipping. This is the time when your order is going from our facility to the carrier and from the carrier to you, the customer.

Domestic orders have an estimated delivery time of 1-7 business days overall.

All delivery times are estimated by the carrier but not guaranteed therefore if a package does not arrive within the estimated time frame, the carrier will not offer a refund. DSY.ONE is not responsible for and will not offer shipping refunds for packages that arrive outside of the carrier's estimated delivery time.

International orders have an estimated delivery time of 2-3 weeks. Depending on your location, it can take up to 12 weeks for your order to arrive. You can always use your tracking number for updates on your order’s location.

Be sure to check your countries’ policies when it comes to international orders as DSY.ONE is NOT responsible for any customs duties, taxes or fees placed upon items arriving to the customer's location.

You may be charged customs duties and taxes for your online purchases because:

  • Duties and taxes are NOT included in the price or the cost of shipping costs of the goods you purchased online from DSY.ONE.
  • Any dues depend on where the products are being sent from, the type of goods, their transactional value and the weight of the package.
  • There might be a tariff or tax (custom duty) imposed on your order because it is international and because the goods might not originate from the country you reside in.
  • When goods are not shipped within your country or within a single customs union, such as the European Union, you are liable to pay any inbound duties and taxes which your local customs authority deems appropriate.
Customs might be paid by the courier on your behalf for your order’s delivery but any taxes and duties the courier has paid should be paid back to them by the customer before they can have it
