Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

Refunds are processed on a case by case basis and are NOT guaranteed.

All refund requests can only be done within 2 days of products’ receiptIf approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If you are not satisfied with a product, please contact us at contact@dsy.one as it does NOT guarantee an automatic refund. Any opened and used products do not get refunded!

Any refund request processed will ONLY be for the product(s) cost(s) and NOT shipping costs as DSY.ONE is NOT the party receiving the cost of shipping payments.

If the customer places an order and it has NOT been handled and/or shipped out yet, and they decide that they are no longer interested in the product, they can contact us with a cancellation request. This should be done within 30 mins of placing the order otherwise it will NOT be approved. Please be advise, there is a 15% cancellation fee, that is granted one-time only plus an 85% partial refund (85% of the total order’s amount)! Also, an approved cancellation request DOES NOT automatically grant a refund!

We are unable to cancel orders that have already been shipped out.

For any refund request regarding duplicate orders, meaning the order of the same products, we can process full refunds, but the original order will be kept for processing. There will be no cancellation fees attached to the former cancellation request.

Refunds cannot be granted while a package is in transit. If a delivery is delayed because of the carrier (UPS, USPS...), DSY.ONE cannot grant a refund until the delay is settled. Most carriers do not allow refunds until a package has been undeliverable status for at least 30 days.

  • Lost/Stolen/Damaged/Spilled Items

If your order was delivered and you claim it was stolen, lost or not given/delivered to you, there will be NO refund or new delivery. Please check your surroundings and with your neighbors! 

If items have been damaged or spilled during transit, please take pictures showing the damaged/spilled products and email us those at contact@dsy.one. This process does not grant an automatic refund!
