Returns and Exchanges

We do NOT currently accept returns.

If for some reason that we will determine on a case by case basis, a return or exchange is needed, please contact us at contact@dsy.one.

Any return or exchange request should be done within 2 days of products’ receipt and according to the receipt by the post office. This action should be done upon our approval, after inspection. Please note that there is NO guarantee that the request will be approved.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs attached to returned products which must include all tracking information unless the reason for the return is deemed to be DSY.ONE’s fault.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

  • Return to Sender

For packages that have been shipped and subsequently returned to sender because the customer has either entered an incorrect address or is unable to pick up the package from the carrier, the customer is responsible for all additional shipping charges required to re-ship the package; unless it is DSY.ONE’s fault.
